Where do you provide catering?
Our published service area is Auckland, New Zealand. Please include your event address in the booking request so we can confirm the arrangements.
Is there a minimum order?
There is currently no à la carte minimum order. Choose from the current menu; final quantities and costs are checked when confirming your booking.
Do we need to supply a grill or chef?
We bring the charcoal grill, charcoal, ingredients and chefs. Tell us about your venue in your request so we can agree the setup arrangements with you.
What events do you cater for?
You can request catering for home gatherings, birthdays, company events and community celebrations. Include your guest count, address and preferred date so we can confirm menu quantities and availability.
Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?
The form submits a booking request and does not take payment. We contact you within 48 hours to check availability and details. Your booking becomes confirmed after our team agrees the arrangements and receives the deposit.
How do I discuss dietary requirements or allergies?
Include dietary requirements or allergies in the booking form and discuss them with us before confirmation. We need to check ingredients and preparation arrangements before confirming whether a requirement can be accommodated.
